Instructions

PASTA KITS

WHOLE GRAIN PASTAS: Store in freezer, boil for 4 minutes, strain, toss with sauce.

POMODORO: Heat a little pasta water in a skillet, add pomodoro, and stir over medium heat until hot. Toss with pasta and top with cheese.

BASIL PESTO: Heat a little pasta water in a skillet, add pesto, and stir over medium heat until hot. Toss with pasta and top with cheese.

PORK RAGU: Heat a little pasta water (or Hearth broth, if you happen to have some on hand) in a skillet, add pork ragu, and stir over medium heat until hot. Toss with pasta and top with cheese.

BEEF & RICOTTA MEATBALLS: Slowly heat in covered saucepan until meatballs are heated through, adding water as necessary. Toss with pasta and top with cheese.

SOUP

Heat in lidded pot on stovetop, thinning to your desired consistency with water, as necessary.

FRENCH BREAD PIZZA

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Remove French Bread Pizza from tin, and place directly on oven rack or baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.

LASAGNA VERDE BOLOGNESE

FROM THAWED* - Remove lid from tray, cover tray with aluminum foil, heat in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. FROM FROZEN - Remove lid from tray, cover tray with aluminum foil, heat in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking time.

LAPTOP DINNERS

FROM THAWED* (RECOMMENDED) - Remove lid from tray, cover tray with aluminum foil, heat in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. FROM FROZEN - Remove lid from tray, cover tray with aluminum foil, heat in oven at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

READY TO BAKE SWEETS

STICKY BUNS: Remove lid from tray, cover tray with aluminum foil, bake in oven at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Remove aluminum foil, and bake uncovered for another 6 minutes. Remove tray from oven, and let sit for 5 minutes before turning buns out.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH: Slice into ¾ inch slices. Space an inch apart on a foil or parchment-lined tray, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges, and slightly puffed in the center.

OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIE DOUGH: Slice into ¾ inch slices. Space an inch apart on a foil or parchment-lined tray, and bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges, and slightly puffed in the center.

GINGER MOLASSES COOKIE DOUGH: Slice into ¾ inch slices. Space an inch apart on a foil or parchment-lined tray, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges, and slightly puffed in the center.

*thaw frozen provisions safely in the refrigerator overnight
