Our wine program has become renowned for its literary scope
but at the heart (Hearth) of the matter,
the individual selections are what sets the list
apart. Beverage director Paul Grieco loves to
explore the entire world of wine, revelling in
Slovenian Sauvignon Blancs and Uruguayan Tannats
as well as the classics.
The list
is meant to be confrontational as the majority
of wines are not well known. But have no fear,
we are here to guide you and educate you - without
the intimidation factor.
