Hearth Wine Beer Dinner

The Wine Series of Wine Dinners at Hearth continue. Except that this one is about grains, not grapes. We will still combine history, culture and the glories of grains, malt and yeast into an evening of conviviality and education.

The cost for each dinner is all-inclusive. Each dinner will be composed of 4 courses (3 savory + dessert) with a multitude of wines / beverages to match.

Wine vs. Beer: a cage match of matching abilities
God I love beer, God I love beer...but I always drink wine with food. Can I one day see the light? Can beer be an equal player at the table with our kitchen's creations?
I think not on paper, but in practical terms, we must investigate. So, toe to toe tonight will stand grape and grain in a match reminiscent of Cain vs. Abel, Randy Macho Man Savage vs. Hulk Hogan, Tupac vs. Biggie Smalls. There can only be one champion!
