Chef de Cuisine Jordan Frosolone, our kitchen's softly spoken second-in-command, hails from the great city of Chicago where he spent a collective five years in the kitchens of Coco Pazzo, Blackbird and Nomi.

Jordan then expatriated for one year to cook at the acclaimed Beccofino restaurant in Florence, Italy before coming to New York and joining our family in 2003. Jordan is steadfast in his commitment to the philosophies set up by Paul and Marco, believing in a focus on execution and in the fundamental benefits of well-sourced products and simplicity.
