We love pig. Boy, do we love pig. In fact, we love pig so much we are bringing you fellow-lovers-of-the-hog something truly special:

In our fashion of only bringing the freshest, most seasonal food to the table, we'll be slow-roasting organically raised baby pigs from Bev Eggleston's Eco Friendly Farms in Virginia.


With this glorious pig prepared in the Tuscan tradition (stuffed with pork sausage) as the centerpiece of the meal, we have created a three-course menu for $44 per person. To compliment the food-stuffs, a cool corresponding menu of wine/beer will be offered for $18 per person.
It'll be a raucous, festive summer celebration. We hope you'll join us.

DATES
Every Tuesday, beginning July 6th and running through August 24th.
We will be accepting reservations from 6 pm to 10 pm, as per our normal Tuesday hours.

COST

$44 per person for 3 courses (summer salads, pig and dessert)
$18 per person for a wine or beer pairing (our regular stellar list of wine, beer and
cocktails will also be available)
The cost for each dinner does not include tax & gratuity
