love pig. Boy, do we love pig.
In fact, we love pig so much we are bringing you fellow-lovers-of-the-hog
something truly special:
Hearth is going to be converted
into a full-blown chapel of worship to the prized porker for these
upcoming nights. In our fashion of only bringing the freshest,
most seasonal food to the table, we'll be slow-roasting organically
raised baby pigs from Bev Eggleston's Eco
Friendly Farms in Virginia.
With this glorious pig prepared
in the Tuscan tradition (stuffed
with pork sausage) as the centerpiece of the meal, we have created
a three-course menu for $42 per person. To compliment the
food-stuffs, a cool corresponding menu of wine/beer will be offered
for $18 per person.
It'll be a raucous, festive summer celebration. We hope you'll
join us.

DATES
We give in! Due to the fanatical following
the Roasts have created we will be holding a Pig Roast EVERY TUESDAY
NIGHT for the Autumn season, beginning Tuesday, September 29th!
(We will be accepting reservations from 6 pm to 10 pm, as per
our normal Tuesday hours)

COST
$42 per person for 3 courses (seasonal salads, pig and dessert)
$18 per person for a wine or beer pairing (our regular stellar
list of wine, beer and
cocktails will also be available)
The cost for each dinner does not include tax & gratuity
FORMAT
On these nights, our normal summer menu will NOT be available,
as these nights are all about pig, pig, pig
